Es ist wieder an Zeit: Kommt und macht mit bei Elizabeth-Gillies.nets alljährlichem Christmas Project!

Da Weihnachten die Zeit des Schenkens ist, wollen wir sie dazu nutzen, um der Person etwas zurückzugeben, die uns das ganze Jahr über inspiriert und unterhält: Liz Gillies. In anderen Worten, hier ist eure Chance, um Liz zu zeigen, wie sehr ihr sie mögt und unterstützt, indem ihr bei diesem Projekt mitmacht, welches an Weihnachten an Liz weitergeleitet wird.

Alles was ihr tun müsst, ist uns ein Bild mit euren Weihnachtwünschen an Liz zu senden (achtet darauf, dass sie nur Englisch versteht!). Dies könnte alles sein: Ein Foto von euch, wie ihr ein Schild haltet, eine Zeichnung, ein Edit - seid einfach kreativ! Bitte achtet darauf, dass eurer Bild nicht größer als 500x500px ist, ansonsten wird es auf die richtige Größe reduziert (es darf aber ruhig kleiner sein). Ihr dürft gerne euren Twitter Namen dazuschreiben.

J-14 Magazin hat heute Morgen Liz getroffen und mit ihr über das Ende von Victorious und ihre Musik gesprochen. Ihr könnt das Interview unten lesen (Übersetzung folgt):

J-14: The final episodes of 'Victorious' are set to air early next year. How do you feel about the end of the era?
Liz Gillies: I'm very sad. It's more upsetting that I'm not going to see everyone because we were such good friends, but it's also sad that we won't get to play those characters anymore. Though who knows what the future has in store! I'm really close with everyone, but I think Ariana [Grande] and I have the longest standing friendship - but I have a very special relationship with the entire cast!

J-14: When you left the 'Victorious' set for the final time, did you take anything with you?
Liz Gillies: A lot of clothes! They were very important to me. I took Jade's most iconic, little things. I took my spiky boots, and I took my cuff that says Jaded that I had during the pilot. I'm glad they let me take that.

J-14: Tell us about the new 'Victorious' soundtrack that just came out!
Liz Gillies: The new soundtrack just came out and it's great! There's a song on it that I wrote in an episode that hasn't aired yet - Tori Fixes Beck and Jade - and it's a song I wrote three or four years ago when we had just wrapped the first season of 'Victorious.' I wrote it for Jade in her perspective and had a whole story in my mind for it. I sent it to Dan and was like, "Oh, here's a little song I wrote. Let me know what you think." He's like, "I really like it." Then he surprised me this year in season four and said that they would be using it in the show! The fans are going to die because they were so upset when we broke up, so they're going to love it.

J-14: So what's up next for you?
Liz Gillies: I have a couple things in development that I've been working on. I've been writing music and working on my album.

J-14: Tell us more about your album. What kind of music can we expect from it?
Liz Gillies: I'm kind of just playing around and trying to find my own sound. I know what I like and so that's been helpful, but I've been writing a lot and with different writers and just exploring the different elements of my voice and incorporating different styles of music. Right now it's leaning towards a singer/songwriter kind of alternative rock type of thing.

Elizabeth Gillies wird die 2012 Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade in Dallas eröffnen. Die 25. jährliche Parade ist für Samstag, den 1. Dezember 2012 angesetzt.

Die Parade beginnt am Samtag um 10 Uhr mit einer neuen Route. Die 2012 Parade beginnt bei der City Hall und endet gerade hinter dem Adolphus Hotel. Für mehr Informationen, besucht die Website der Children’s Holiday Parade.
